What it does The Roller-Spinner moves vehicles that can't move themselves, locked brakes, a dead battery, a bent hub. Bolt it on, and it switches between roller mode and spinner mode in 30 seconds. Roller mode moves the vehicle at low speed. Spinner mode turns freely, independent of the brakes, for vehicles that won't roll at all.
